Understand the needs and current status of each leader and their teams.

Assessment: Initial Status

Data collection for training planning.

  • Workshop with Human Resources area to understand initial perceptions.
  • Interview with each participant (45′).
  • Focus Groups with the participants – up to 7 people, in case of more, the meetings will be replicated.
  • Interview with leaders of the participants (30′).

Initial report:

  • Current status of each leader and the group.
  • Work areas.
  • Objectives.
  • Next steps.

Skills training, previously defined in the initial assessment.

Training: Let ‘s improve!

An experience designed to grow.

  • Virtual/remote.
  • 2-hour sessions.
  • Work on the different topics predefined in the initial assessment. Adaptive Learning.
  • 5-7 meetings weekly.

Entertaining dynamics that will lead participants to get the best out of themselves and train those skills where they need to reinforce the most.

Follow-up of the implementation of the acquired knowledge and tools.

Monitoring: We ensure implementation

From the classroom to actual practice in the work environment.

  • Virtual/remote.
  • 90′ days every 2 weeks for a period of 2 months.
  • Practice dynamics, review of cases and real examples on the application of the concepts incorporated.
  • Participant tracking via standardized reports.

Post-training monitoring and mentoring post-training to review how they apply what they have learned in practice.
