 The psychotechnical evaluation at Alkemy is designed to diagnose different characteristics of individuals. 

  • Communication: Ability to exchange information. It involves maintaining order and coherence in discourse, listening actively, transmitting clear and precise messages.

Types of Tests Contained in Alkemy's Psychometric Tests

Individual questionnaire
Interview. Inquires motivations, interests of the person, how he/she perceives him/herself in the environment. Linking modality. Communication.
Domino test / Raven's test / Mathematical Reasoning test
This test measures logical mathematical reasoning. Domino is the most complex, followed by Raven. The simplest is the Mathematical Reasoning Test.
Z Test
It explores aspects of personality, bonding modality, emotional management, intellectual resources.
Desiderative Questionnaire
It explores the most valued and rejected aspects of the person. It tells us about their bonding and emotional management.
Bender
Technique that helps to measure attention, concentration, planning and coordination. It will be possible to observe the management of anxieties and failures at neurological level, if any.
Person in the rain test
Technique to measure personality traits. How the person responds to situations of increased external pressure.
Test two people working + Questionnaire
Technique to measure personality traits. How the person relates to the work environment. In what role he/she positions him/herself in relation to others.
Negotiation Test
